Our Experience and Exepertise

 Joan has a BA and an MA in English. Her extensive career includes working as an English teacher, technical writer, and information management/knowledge management specialist.  Additionally, she owned and managed a health care business for 20+ years. Joan has specialized training and experience in usability design. 

 Elena has a BA in English and an MS in Strategic Media Communications. Her experience includes managing content calendars and writing social media  posts for small businesses since 2019.
